The Professional Behind the Performance
Melissa Johnson serves as the CEO, Managing Member for MJ Commercial Advisors LLC and Northwest Regional Ambassador at KW Commercial, Bellevue WA. Ms. Johnson has extensive expertise in commercial real estate, where she specializes in Seller and Buyer Representation, Landlord and Tenant Representation. Melissa serves clients across diverse asset classes such as industrial, office, retail, land, multi-family, hospitality, and mixed-use for large residential master plan developments. Melissa also provides brokerage services for investors.
Prior to KW Commercial, Melissa gained valuable experience working with industry leading firms while at the Microsoft Corporation, where she lead the Corporate Worldwide Real Estate for the CEO and several Presidents sitting on their Executive Staff. From there she also served as the Director and Chief of Staff reporting to the Chief Technology Officer at Century Link, helping to build their Cloud technology division.
Ms. Johnson also serves as the Planning Commissioner "Chair" for the City Of Arlington.
